I was injured in a rear-end accident on the freeway a few years ago by a distracted driver who didn't notice the traffic had stopped, so he hit me full speed. That alone would be a simple enough case, but additional variables include a) I was working, so it was a Worker's Comp case, and b) my company is in WA, as was the accident, but I live in OR -- so I needed representation that could handle that. My lead lawyer, Kristina Wolfe, and her team at RBA handled the myriad legal, insurance, and administration details - even with the introduction of covid - and allowed me to focus solely and 100% on treating  and my injury. This case never promised any enormous windfall for RBA, but even so they were communicative, proactive, and creative in their approach. In the end, we won a reasonable settlement without compromising my continued injury treatment. I'm impressed by, and grateful for, RBA's diligence and level of service.

I employed Mr. Bradley’s services in September 2008, after my automobile accident in August 2008. Mr. Bradley came to my house to meet with me; I never had to make any trips to meet with him. Mr. Bradley also gave me all of the phone numbers I would ever need to get in contact with him. If I called and he wasn’t available, he would call me back whenever he got a chance. I could call his office at 8 at night and he would be there.

My case was a little different than most. I owed back child support, which had a lien against my settlement. Mr. Bradley went the extra mile for me and got that all wiped out. Most lawyers won’t do that. If I had a question or concern that Mr. Bradley didn’t know the answer to, he would search until he found the answer. Mr. Bradley cares for his clients and will do what it takes to get the best outcome for everyone.

Also, I would like to also add that his assistant Susan also cares for the clients. When Mr. Bradley couldn’t be reached, I would talk to Susan and she would help and comfort me when she could.
